Repair and reinforcement of hull M/V Coyhaique

During the months of July, August, September, the installation of steel plates was carried out in the flat-bottom faults, caused by the accident when the Coyhaique motorboat hit bottom.

Once completed, it will allow the vessel a safe navigation to the endpoint designated by the competent bodies and comply with national and international standards.

DS Hydro Division will support its strategic partner ASI Marine to develop services for Kenya Electricity Generating Company Limited (KenGen), inspecting tunnels, collection works and damping reservoirs in five hydroelectric power stations; Masinga, Kamburu, Gitaru, Kindaruma and Kiambere, located 200 km northeast of Nairobi, Kenya.
